We were took two ride Ola cab on dated **/**/*** ,ride details are Ghatkopare west to Mumbai airport, CRN no -*********,second ride hyderabad airport to MGBS bus stand hyderabad. CRN no-**********. Whenever we completed our ride payment done through online ( we have payment details also ),even though Ola money charging again for same ride through post paid Ola money and sending frequent messages to my personal no as like if not do payment ,we would give legal notice and which impact your CIBIL score.when I was approached to support Ola money team , they have given explanation your payment is mismatch. They are doing fraud to public . Please kindly take necessary action against to them for prevent malpractice.Here by sharing with you all payment details and messages of Ola customers care
