I've booked a Ola scooter (Model S* X plus) on Feb **th ****, with a promise of delivery in * weeks. I've uploaded an the required documents and the document verifcation process is complete and moved to registration phase. Since then there are no further progress and there are no updates on registration or deivery of the scooter, and no option to cancel the order.
Order ID: OET-***************-HTU***.
I've been following up with the customer care, and always getting the template response that they will update in **-** hours. Ola already issued the insurance policy (D*********) from the start date of **-**-****, I'm forced to pay insurance for the vehicle which is not delivered.
Ola eletric refuse to refund the payment citing the invoice is already generated. I believe this is unethical and not legal bounded as the product is not delivered.
I would like to cancel the order and get full refund, since the experiance causing me mental agony and I would not like to associate myself with any of the Ola products in the future. Thanks, Yogesh
