I purchased ola scooter but I regret
due to poor quality , poor customer support and repair services.
Since purchase my bile is either at ola service center or at my parking due to poor repair service and not well trained staff.
My Bike details:
registration Number : MH** UG****
In the month of August due to animal came on my way the bike skid and
few parts were damaged. I requested ola for RSA and repair but no one bothered to provide any support. I requested to repair bike with insurance and it took * weeks to collect bike from my parking and took a week to repair and deliver.
The person informed during delivery that side stand has some issue and
he fixed from his side.
In a month from repair the side stand broken and again it took * weeks for someone to look at my complaint and repair. its cost is paid by me
so i expect the good quality material of stand and better services.
Now in a month time again side stand is broken. I am just ** kg and if quality of material is so poor , its like monthly payment for stand.
The staff calling to attend complaint is so illiterate to ask how it gets broken and can customer bring it to workshop. Doesn't they know when side stand is broken the ola bike doesn't start.
At least for me the journey with ola was not joyful and its post sell
services are pathetic. I really regret for it.
