I purchased an Ola scooter in **** along with the Ola Care Plus plan. Over the past year, I’ve raised multiple cases with them, but none have been resolved. The Ola Care Plus plan includes a one-year checkup, brake pad change, and home pick-up service, but they have not provided any of these services, causing me significant mental strain.
Currently, my scooter is in a condition where driving it could cause an accident, potentially leading to serious injury or even death. The front suspension oil has been leaking for ** days, and despite my requests, they have not fixed it. They directed me to a service center that turned out to be closed. When I visited another service center, they said they couldn't fix the issue and asked me to go to the Thane service center, which is ** km from my location. I cannot risk driving ** km with a problematic suspension. My care plan is still active, but they have never provided the services promised under the Ola Care Plus plan.
