Ola Cabs - Ola Driver was too much rude

We ordered a ride on Ola at *:**AM and And we were already late for our Chartered Bus from Bhopal to Indore departing *:**. The driver came to us and was ignoring to keep the luggage at the back by himself. And he stood the vechile at a Wet place filled with water and ignored to moved the vechile, so we were not able to reach the car. On demanding for moving the vechile, the driver CANCELLED the ride in front of us and took the vechile away from us. At this point of time at *:** AM, the next Ola was taking **-** mins so this way we had to book a taxi from Bhopal to Indore for Rs.**** since we missed our chartered bus. I am never ever gonna use Ola from Now!!!
