Malar filed complaint against Ola Cabs on Aug 28, 2019
Ola Driver made us to walk about a kilo meter to him when we came by he just cancelled the ride and went. My wife was so tired even she managed to walk there.
First he should not have accepted the ride when he can't come
Second he just left us after making us to walk that much distance and there is no response from ola also for this. There is no customer support in their website and no contact numbers are working
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
