On ** August ****, I booked a micro variant of Ola near NLIU Bhopal and my pick up location was Flamingo Campus, Aakriti Ecocity, Bhopal. I reached the pickup point after * minutes. The driver demanded Rs. ** extra in the fare and he told me that Ola imposes a penalty on waiting for a charge if driver wastes his time. So I paid Rs. *** to him (Rs.*** original fare+Rs.**) but nothing is mentioned in terms and conditions of Ola about the penalty and no waiting charge is imposed in "Micro" variant of Ola.
The name of the driver is Neeraj Suryavanshi and CRN no. is CRN**********.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
