I did book OLA a week ago and did payment using UPI. The payment was successful and UPI too it's showing confirmation from OLA as successful but still in app it's showing amount as due. I did call their support staff *-* times but didn't get satisfactory reply. They are saying they haven't received any payment and they don't want any proof from my side. Just pathetic service from OLA.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
