Ola Cab - Ola demanding to pay postpaid amount inspite of paying cash to driver

I have already paid the cab amount through google pay to the driver and have the transaction bill. I don’t understand why Ola postpaid is selected by default.. the user may not notice it.. It is Ola’s app responsibility to ask the user before setting the option.. also if the amount is taken by the driver then the option needs to be changed to paid instead of due.. This really annoys the customer, When we are paying the amount and still getting calls to pay the due on daily basis..
And This is the second time I am facing this issue in Ola.. I did not know that there are so many users like me facing the same issue. It looks like scam.. If Ola was serious about this issue they are supposed to fix this problem in their app instead of asking the users to pay the amount.. Asking users to pay twice is not the solution.. it is not the matter of ***/- but this cannot continue for long with many users like me, and make money without any service. I have mailed to support@olamoney.com with attached transaction bill, customer support tell that they will fix this problem in **hrs but the issue is still not resolved from weeks and they are asking me to pay the extra amount. kindly help solve this issue..
