Ola Cab - Ola charged Toll Parking Fee for Bangalore airport DROP

On ** Oct ****, I hired Ola ride vide CRN********** from Banshankari Temple Side, Banashankari Metro Station to Main Terminal, Kempegowda Int'l Airport Rd, A - Block, Gangamuthanahalli. Ola charged me Rs. ** extra being Toll/Parking Fee which IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR AIRPORT DROPS in Bangalore. Even previously, I had raised a complaint for a ride on ** June **** vide CRN ********** for a drop to Bangalore international airport for which too Ola charged me Toll/Parking Fee of Rs. ** but refunded the amount ONLY after I complained to Consumer Forum. Ola dies this cheating every time, because by their own admission, they DO NOT charge Toll/Parking Fee for airport drops in Bangalore. Please help me get refund of the excess fee charged of Rs. ** and further restrain Ola from such corrupt unethical practices. Thank you.
