I have bought OLA Care Plus Policy on *th August ****, During the Policy purchased time OLA Care Policy given parts replacements free for Disk Break pads & Mid Drive Belts & Other Parts, Labour charges and without any limitations of Towing service( NO Kms limitations), now they have denied few of the spare parts replacements like Break Pads/Mid Drive Belts and Service Towing Service KM (limited KMs only), all these changes they were done without consent of my knowledge, not even communicated over call/mail about these policy changes, In market generally Service Provider whenever doing major changes during the tenure period then Service Provider should have refund money or at least provide the service as committed during the tenure of * years but they haven't done anything so far and denial of agreed spare parts replacements and limited kms towing services, I have been visited near service centre they have informed like we can't help and advised approach customer care over mail (support@olaelectric.com and legal@olaelectric.com).

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
