I booked a can from badlapur to borivali railway station and it showed me estimated fare around ****rs. When we reached there, driver took ****rs. we paid to avoid any argument. then i checked the invoice got from ola. it showed me total distance ***km. when actual ride was **km. it showed extra distance travelled as **km. I asked support about this, they said that it is system driven. system seems wrong and I believe that it should be corrected instead of charging extra to users. same day I booked another ride from same source to same destination for relatives, estimated was around ****rs and they took ****rs due to traffic, that was understandable. but this ride was just a fraud. and the ride took normal time, not much extra time. it took around * hours. I will not stop until I make this fraud from ola public. there is no valid reason provided by support. just thag it is system driven and driver took another route etc. I don't know how to file a valid complaint against it but will look into it deep now.
