I travelled by an Ola cab on *rd May ****, I boarded the cab from green park, as soon as I boarded the cab I realised the driver was driving very rash and was not in control of the car. So I told him to drive carefully, after which he stopped to the side of the road and asked me get out of the cab. I told him I will not get out since the ride has not been completed. He started speaking in a fowl manner and I had no option but to leave the cab. Immedietly after that I tried to register a complain against the driver on the app, but soon after the driver abandoned me, my account became suspended and I was unable to access the app or inform the app about the harassment. Since then I have been asking Ola cabs to tell me why my account was suspended but I have been receiving vague answers and my issue is not being addressed. For more than a year my account has been banned by Ola cabs and they are unable to provide me a reason.
