I took an outstation trip from my Vadodara to Ahmedabad on **nd of February, ****.
While booking the estimation of the trip was Rs ****. They had estimated the distance to be ***kms and time to be * hour.
I don't know how the estimation comes as *** kms (which I actually wasnt travelled) for * hrs but as per meter reading photos I took (please see attached photos) it should be *** km (Initial reading-******km, final reading-******km, difference=***km). They have charged for ** km extra ride which I wasn't travelled.
Driver had argued to pay for extra km in cash, and we paid. After continues attempt to connect with OLA customer care we finally loose our hope and pair demanded money to driver. This kind of event happened with me twice in a row now i am looking for OLA alternate ride. For sure I will never recommend OLA to anyone.
