I took an outstation trip from my Delhi to Rampur(UP) on **th of April ****.
While booking the estimation of the trip was Rs ****. They had estimated the distance to be ***kms and time to be * hour.
I don't know how the estimation comes as *** kms (which I actually wasnt travelled) for * hrs They have charged for ** km extra ride which I wasn't travelled.
Driver had argued to pay for extra km in cash, and we paid. After continues attempt to connect with OLA customer care we finally loose our hope and paid demanded money to driver. This kind of event happened with me first time. Now I am looking for OLA alternate ride. For sure I will never recommend OLA to anyone.
