Aniruddha Mukherjee filed complaint against Ola Cabs on Jul 2, 2018
After having conversation with the representative I came to know that every time I did cash payment the amount got deducted from the OLA credit thing which was activated without my notice.
The kind of service is totaly unexpected as I have been double charged on multiple occasion .
My ola credit due is showing *** due which was suppose to be waved off but still not done yet.
Every time I paid in cash to ola driver.. The same amount is also getting deducted from ola credit.
OLA representatives
Ola representative Pulkit Shukla also misbehaved with me and I do have the call recording.
The amount was suppose to be waved off as prommiced by one of the OLA supervisor but later I came to know that I was a lie.
Please look in this with priority so that people like me dont get victimized.
