My wife had registered a new Ola account on * December **** and it was blocked on * December **** when she was going to use it for the first time. When contacted about this, Ola Cabs informed me that the account has been permanently blocked because of various policy violations. The account was never used and Ola Cabs has unjustly blocked my wife's account without providing any evidence to support their claim.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
