Ola Cabs have blocked my account permanently. They claim that I have violated their company policies. After writing several times to Ola Customer service, they have not provided what policies I have violated, what location and what date? Also, I have tried calling their customer service numbers, all numbers listed on Google are not working numbers.
They are a most unprofessional company and do not listen to their customer. You would be better off with Uber. Stay away from from Ola. I would give them zero star for their customer service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
