Olacabs - Ola cab driver charged extra

I have booked ola intercity cab from Madurai airport to srivilliputhur on **th september **** and the booking reference number is CRN ********** and while booking the cab it was showing ****Rs as the expected payment. But while dropping me the cab driver has charged Rs. **** stating that he has been the amount as **** while he received the booking. The issue here is that my ride is not closed till now ie. **.**.**** and is showing Ongoing and the bill has not yet been created in ola app. I am not able to contact ola customer care since it is always busy.
