traveled from sunny enclave Kharar to Nawanshahr today, I booked the cab for **** Rs, the distance from source to Destinition is ** km and on reaching Destinition I was billed for *** km ****rs and there also I don't understand math +*** need refund. After while they accepted their mistake still not making full payment and on the other they are telling they can offer me voucher to use the cab. Which would be of no use to make as I dont want to these fraud's cab again. I want *** to be transferred to my account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
