This is to inform you that I had booked ola auto on **/*/**** at *:** pm from my registered mobile number ********** from yeswantpur railway station to chellekere kalyan nagar. My mobile battery was drained hence I had given my mobile to driver for charging to get the one time password. Post this, he took my mobile (samsang galaxy j* imei number ******/**/******/* and ******/**/******/*) and went/ran away. I had tried calling his number. It rang * to * times but he didnt received my call and then he switched off his mobile and even my mobile he switched it off. Below are the driver details along with auto number.

I have registered the complain on **/*/**(Morning) in police station(Attached is the copy of report) and visited Ola headOffice Murgeshpalya on **/*/**(Evening) but they are were not ready to share any personal details of the Driver .They said they cannot share personal details of the driver with customers They can only share with police for investigation .and I Even mailed the complain to litigation@olacabs.com and they too didnt responded for the mail. so after * days i have taken a police crop to there head office and got the address and Licence number of this driver .But the address mentioned in his Licence is fake .
Even this driver is using his number now dated ** July **** which i informed to Ola office but they said that owner of the auto said them driver left the job.
I Want to file complaint against Ola for not supporting and Driver for thief.and want my belonging back.
Request rto to cancel his driving licence(Number : ka*************) as address mentioned in his licence is fake
