Hi,
I use OLA cabs for travel purpose however they are not providing a good service and they don't deserve to be in the Indian market. They cancel the rides and when trying to reach customer care or complaint in the app. they are beyond reach. It has happened many times. No customer service from OLA. what about safety? I want to complaint since my ride was cancelled more the * times. This has to be sorted out because they are here to provide with transport and if they reject then why are they here?
