Flipkart - Offers given but the same is not applied

In Flipkart Coupons section we can use supercoins offered by flipkart (a kind of cashback for every purchase). * Supercoins is equivalent to * Re. On **th Oct ****, I collected a coupon "Extra Rs. *** Off On Samsung Accessories" using *** Supercoins. I had read all the terms and conditions and nothing was mentioned like **% discount upto Rs. ***. So I thought we can use it for those eligible products which is Samsung USB type c cable selling price was Rs.***/-. While placing the order the discount applied for me was only Rs. **/- which was only **% of that selling price. I tried calling customer care but I didn't get any resolution.
