a company named coolwinks.com has done fraud with many customers including me,
as i have siad , they provide a offer called ***% money back after ** days of dilivery, after placing order i have verified that i will get cashback by their customer care agent, now after ** days they saying that they will not provide any single money back,
i have proofs like phone call recording and email ,
please assist me what i have to do next?
