On **st Jan**, I have taken a new connection of Dish TV with an offer package of ** months named "Swagat Pack" costs ₹ **** including all leading channels like star plus, Sony, Sab, colours, star gold, etc. But after two months on **st Mar' ** they have sent me a message that "Last day to choose your channels and make your own pack as per TRAI order or you will auto-migrate to the best fit plan". So I have followed the link they have sent me in the message and proceed that link. They have changed my whole package and stops all leading channels except zee pack. My VC no. Is ***********. I have also talked with customer care, and they said that we can not give you the previous package any more now. I request you to please take strong action against such fraudulent acts by these companies. I have attached some screenshot pics for your reference.
