Air india - off load and not given to board on flight

I was traveling on ** nov **** from kolkata to agartala via air India flight no.A* *** with my wife and daughter. We were reported on time on counter and they had checked our luggage and hand luggage weight and pass them.all the baggage they found within the limit ( ** kg and * kg). After checking all those they had given me all the boarding card.we were going to security checking but suddenly they were calling me to my phone to report on counter and started to saying that i have excess luggage of ** kg. And were force to pay ** kg @ *** = rs.**,***/- i was shocked.they were threatening me to pay the amount other wise they will not allow us to board. meanwhile my wife and my daughter had crossed the security checking and wait for me for boarding on flight.i was requested them again and again to allow me to board and added that we are patients and my daughter is a child.but they didn't permit me and my family to board on flighr.they had off loaded my all luggage except one.one luggage they hadn't off loaded. We were waiting for my luggage for hours and asked them to give my luggage but they were not saying the truth they were denying the fact.after two hours waiting i couldn't collect my luggage. At last i came to know that my luggage were sent to agartala. I left the airport without my luggage.we kept our medicine, Clothes and other necessary items in that luggage. For their negligence we spend the cold nights without proper cloths and missed the necessary daily dose of medicines. For my luggage i had to buy next day morning flight tickets in high price.due to the incident we had mentally shocked and financially loss.
