Tata Cliq App - Odered but canclled on another day and they delivered

Dear sir
I odered apple airpod pro on **th January ****
But on **st January **** i cancled it whoes oder id is ********* and odered second same which was price discount so i odered that on **st January **** whoes oder id is ********* ..but on **th January **** courrier delivered me canclled item to me .i was not aware of this that this iteam is canclled one so i opend brand seal not airpods seal on same day i called to coustomer care of tata cliq and from yesterday i am calling to Coustomer care they said to do return request and it will be pickup by team …i had only broken seal of box not airpods …i was not aware of this that canclled iteam will be delivered sir its not my fault that tata cliq has delivered canclled iteam i was thinking they are which i odered on **st January **** which was of ***** i was excited so i broke box seal ..and on **th January **** in morning i called Coustomer care for fast delivery of my oder which i odered on **st January..but courrie patner delivered me canclled one …and today my second parcle is yet to come which i want and cancled one want to return because its not my fault sir please help me out i want my refund sir and i had called servel time to coustomer care and complaint number is ******** and second is ******** please help me out sir i want my refund back and this iteam return
