Zomato - Oder not delivered

Order Number **********..... My order on sunday ( ** June ) at **:** pm


I ordered a chicken at night from zomato of Rs *** and delivery guy reached at the destination enter the socity gate even done entry but did not delivered the food and cancel my order by his own ,i did not received any call from delivery guy.

When i started asking my order from zomato they told me it was cancelled as my phone was not able to unreachable and amount Rs *** will not refund charge as penality .

Nor someone called me nor Zomato tried to inform me this even once ,your chat option has degraded and has become worse your service also become worse

Do Zomato believe their delivery man more than their customers??

Did not even try to resolve it ,not even informed me once

And i also called the restaurant got to know delivery guy did not went back to the shop ,has the delivery guy eaten it ??

If my issue will not resolve then i will take this matter to the customer forum.
