I enrolled my child on their convincing.I paid the money of ***** in one day time.They committed me in case I don't like class I can get the complete refund .I need to apply for refund within * week.I in one day only decided not to pursue as their services were too poor.I mailed and asked for the refund.I had word with the mentor too.The admission counselor who took my admission her phone went on off permanently. MENTOR NO.ALSO WENT ON OFF PERMANENTLY. The numbers given by them online in that incoming not allowed. On support they don't reply. DONA chakarbody is the person assigned to me giving me assurance mam u will get refund .She just keep postponing making you fool and than dont even ans call.She comes online on whats app but doesn't ans my call only.
Its a big fraud company is doing .They promise for refund and they dont ans your calls only.
Request you to Please see in case can be worked collectively agaisnt the company to get the refund.
I have all the evidence where they promised for the refund both on whatsapp chat and mail conversation.
