I Have Purchased O'General *.* Ton * Star Copper (BEE Rating ****) ASGA**FTTC Split AC From Tatacliq. My Order Number is Order ID: *********. AC Remote and Installation Kit was Not Provided with My AC. Then I Submit Complaint to Tata Cliq. Then I Receive a Call From Them As Per Telephonic Conversation with Tata Cliq Customer Support I Have Purchased Remote Control of My AC From Market at Rs.**** and Also Attached Invoice of Copper Pipe Amounting Rs.**** For ** Feet. Now I Request you to Kindly Reimburse Total Amount of Rs.**,*** in My Bank Account.
NOTE : I Have Attached Screenshot of Mail I Received From TataCliq. They Committed to Give me Reimbursement of Cost of Both The Missing Items. But Now They are not Replying and Also Not Even Refunding My Money.
