I have done a prepaid order of ***...out of which a product worth of *** they are harassing me since one month ..they are saying due to covid it is struck and they don't know when it will tale time..everytime they are telling they wi cancel the order abd refund me but the status remains the same..I am memtly harassed...each and every day I have to call and get mentally harassed.. I feel like my money is robbed and I am feeling mentally stressed for trusting nykaa..
