Hello,
Today, I got a call from +** ***** ***** Neha Agarwal. She is a nykaa representative and she informed I have won a lucky draw where I can avail iPhone ** *** GB. She asked me to shop for *K from nykaa I can add anything from the app and she clearly told me what items I’ve added and what is my bill amount. Post: she asked me to pay through upi and then asked me to pay ***** more and to avail the refund I have to pay ***** more. She had my order details of my last purchase and told me the exact order which I placed from the app.
These people are leaking out my person details. Immediately, I have raised the complaint to the bank to reverse my
amount. They are working on it. If you can pls help me it will be really great. I request to help me pls and get my money back
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
