I purchased * lipstick products from Nykaa and they caused me severe allergic reactions to my lips. After * months of follow up they agreed they may return these products and also pay for the physician charges and medicines. But they denied later and said they can not reimburse me any consultation or medicines costs. This allergy is still not recovered and i can no longer use any product on my lips and I am bearing all my consultation and medicine charges. It has caused not only monetary damaged but a lots of emotional /social damaged. Please advise.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
