Hi,
This is in regards with an major Escalation & fraudulent behaviour by a Good reputed organization!!
Firstly, The complain was raised on *th February but till today no resolution provided.
Social Media Escalation was raised still no effect.
Nykaa being such a big organisation is fooling Customers.
** Agents were connected but evryone kept on saying * Line till today.
*Team is working on this*
I am taking this to consumer forum now as my product is showing delivered but it is not delivered yet.
The delivery person blocked my number and inspite of informing this to nyka to take him on conference call noone helped.
Companies Hod's were tagged but no action was taken.
Pathetic Service & Experience.
Me being loyal member Plus prime member has to say that will never shop again & Will never suggest anyone.
Big shame.
