Pritum chand gupta filed complaint against Airtel on Apr 19, 2019
I have airtel postpaid connection. I had ported this number from the idea as I thought that airtel services are better than other telecom companies. I also had an add on the mobile number which belongs to my wife.
Due to some personal reasons, I had raised a request of converting my add on a number from postpaid to prepaid.
Almost * days have elapsed and my add on number still not showing any network connectivity. It showed that sim is not registered with the network. There are no outgoing and incoming calls on my this number. I tried to recharge my this ported number with FRC but recharge cannot be done even at customer care centre situated at Tonk road, pushp enclave Jaipur Pratap Nagar. I had called so many times on customer care centre and visited at above-mentioned customer care centre but there was no solution to my problem.
I want to continue Airtel services but now I am exhausted. Please solve my problem and start the incoming and outgoing call on my addon number. Almost * days have elapsed and there is no response. I had visited the costomer care centre again regarding the same problem.
That personnel told me that it had taken *-* more days to restart your mobile number again. It is a very difficult situation with me. As my all business deal was done on my above mobile number. I had to bear at least Rs***** per day lost.
I am so exhausted that I am thinking to raise a complaint against Airtel to consumer court and Lokpal due to in cooperation and my daily losses.
I am also going to port my mobile number to other Telecom company once my number reactivated. I will never recommend my all friends and family members to deal with Airtel as I have faced a very tough time due to the worst response.
Isse kam time to new SIM ko activate karne me lagta hai. They have to reactivate my mobile number earliest. In logon ko kebal paise kamane se matlab hai. They people never understand the problem of a common man. Who will pay my losses? Definitely they people not. Really very poor services of Airtel giving * ratings out of **.
People of customer care telling me that airtel me to aisa hi hoga, asap apna service provider change kar lijiye.
Their employee saying me in that way than what will a common man thinking about so well established company. I am very sorry to say that really very bad services of Airtel.
