Tejashwini filed complaint against Vodafone Idea on Sep 23, 2019
Hi,
This issue has not resolved from *th of September till date so as per the company policy I suppose it's not * working days yet.
The service of Vodafone is so amazing that when a customer gives a request for deactivation, Nandini gives me a call after more than ** days and when there was poor network she still spoke to me and asked me to retain the number but I denied she just disconnected the call.
When I call again to find out the status of the number to my astonish the number is still active even after ** days and Ambrish gave me a reference number *-*********** and gave me a word that the issue will be resolved at the earliest and the service is so fantastic that there was no reply from Vodafone for this reference.
It seems like the Vodafone has hired executives to provide the reference number but not a solution.
After Ambrish great words of getting a call back from customer service executives where I did not receive a call I ended up calling the customer care again where thanks to Nayana where after being on call for ** minutes she gave me a word that all her supervisor were so busy that they did not find to give a call back. Where Nayana assured me that the supervisor would call me in the next two hours where that two hours has not turned up till date.
Even after waiting for ** hours I did not get a call back as assured by Nayana and again when I called up Vodafone customer care the executive said that my number is still active and transferred my call to the supervisor Shripriya and the most interesting part what she stated was that I have given a word to retain the number, when I had clearly stated to Nandini twice that I don't want to retain the number she still has informed that I have retained the number as per the policies of Vodafone I had given a request post ** hours of the bill generation and the number is switched off from *th of September and now as per Nayanas word that they will make sure that I'm not being charged for the number , now Shirpirya says I have to pay the charges when I haven't used the number from *th September why should I pay for the pro-rata charges ?
The service is so amazingly wonderful that their executives chaitra and nayana keep my call on hold and then post ** min the call is disconnected.
Hats off to the so-called worst service of Vodafone even after writing a mail and following on the customer care they are least bothered every time I call I get amazing new things to hear about my own connection.
The executive Nandini is so horrible at her servcie that even after asking and telling her to disconnect the number she says that the customer has opted to retain the number when myself I asked to disconnect the number.
Nandini is so arrogant that as soon as I questioned her she just disconnected the call without replying.
And this is to inform you that I want to deactivate the number immediately, and I will not be paying any kind of charges as it is not a mistake from my end for the delay.
Hope now at least I get a proper on-time response.
