Joanne Bolyan filed complaint against Vodafone And Idea on May 4, 2021
I had taken a vodafone number in **** feb i think .... i used the services for a mnth and then upgrade my plan from *** to *** which was a redx plan was able to use the services hardly for some time once lockdown started the services became so bad that i was unabel to make calls as well and uar data i had to use my husband wifi i call vust care and inf abt the same i also spoke to a manager from vodafone who was in touch with me from his personnel number trying to sort out the issue i was just getting bills and bills .since my daughter took this number for me all my banks accouny etc was linked with this number so i did not want the number cancelled i wanted the services. But did not get it for * mnths hence decided to cancel the plan and close the account i spoke to the vodafone agent before the merging amd kept getting calls from different phone numbers about paying the bill of **** to close the account and was told that a person will come and collect the money which i refused after that no one called for * to * mnth last year i git a call from idea said that now that we have merged i have to make a settlement by paying **** which i refused .... again after a mnth or two i got a call.from idea again stating that i have to pay *** and close the account but it can be done by cash only and person will cone to pic the money grm Vodafone or idea i aggreed after that no calls nothing today dated *th may **** i get a call frm zeenat on my husband number stating that we have to pay **** but if we start or close the numbet we need to pay **** . Ibcant understand what exactly does Vodafone want because of this i am actually going into depression i was unable to claim my pf amout of ***** which i am suppose to get working with a call center and since this number was linked to my bank and adhar it became difficult to claim for the same i am not sure if inwill get my pf money or no .
Pls i wud request you to waive of all my charges and close this number its affectimg my daughter cibil first time she has taken something and its becone a nucience and affecting her cibil big time ....... as a customer i am fine to pay the amout of *** what was told to me to end all this as i cant take this ..... if u can chk the calls i uqve so many calls from differnt numbers that i dont have a track for the same .please get this sorted asap and update me on my alternate number **********
