I purchased a Product from Amazon.in . I got a defect in the phone.I contacted to customer care they said me to return the product but they will not send any one as there are no person available in my area they said I have to self return the product.I said that no one is accepting to deliver a phone.But they said not to worry and send the phone with any of the courier.I did as they said I have packed it very nicely and couriered the phone through bluedart service.After the phone was delivered i asked the team about refund they said me yes we have got your box and refund process will start soon.After a day i again asked about the refund they said me to wait for * days.after **hrs i again asked the team then they said the box i returned was empty.I said them clearly that I have proof and u can see that i have send you the phone.They said me to wait for ** hours to investigate it.Again after ** hrs they said your box is empty.I argued with them they said Its not your fault sir may be the fraud has happened in between . So I said i am not responsible for that as i warned them that no one is ready to courier a phone.I also said that i am taking this to consumer court they again said to wait for ** hrs.Now the time is completed I am posting it Here l.Some proofs are attached to this post please go through that.My order no.
