Nykaa beauty - Not taking back a product for return

Im so done and disappointed with nykaa. I just suffered so much. I ordered a lot of products long time ago. Received messages saying unsuccessful delivery every single day for a whole week but nobody called me regarding delivery nor came to the location for delivery but i was available the whole time. After struggling so much i received the products on different dates. This was the first problem. Then i requested return for a product. It's the smashbox foundation. I don't think the shade would fit me so i wanna return it. The product was not used or tested for even once. But the return request got rejected. I talked to the nykaa support every single day at least * times a day for more than a week seeking for help to return it. Each person create a new request but it got rejected for * times. I don't understand it's just so disappointing and fraudulent
