Byjus online class is not worth and they are not taking care of the student. They call once or twice a month for checking that's it. So I want the cancellation and refund

I taken byju's course for my daughter but she wasn't understanding anything. I pay first instalment. I want to cancel the course and get the refund back. We messege the company within ** day's but no reply..
