Vipin verma filed complaint against Samsung on Feb 24, 2019
I purchased a Samsung galaxy s* on **th October ****. After * months its getting failure and customer service told me that it has liquid damage and physical damage and goes out of warranty. But I am not satisfied with that’s all. And the service centre charged me *** rupees without any receipt, which is illegal.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
