My name is Preeti sharma ,I have booked my round trip and one another trip( on *thapril ****) that I booked through happyEasy go for GoAir airlines in year **** for the date round trip for** April **** and return ticket * may****, But due to corona panademic my flight amount is co
nverted as credit shell but now when I enquired about the trip Airline informed me that they have cancelled my two trips of one which was on *th April **** and another of one trip of round trip which was on ** April ****, one trip is alive that is of * may **** that I can use before * may **** and for *april **** and ** April tickect they refunded full amount so I have to get it back from the agency through which I have booked it.
But now HappyEasy go is not refunding my money. And even though they are not considering the evidence in the form of receipt provided to me by GoAir airline.
It's really disappointing that they are not returning my money.
They are cancelling my request all the time.
This is showing so carelessness services towards their customers
Even I have provided all the information but still they are not returning my money.
I have tried mailing and registered my complaint and send all the documents as recipte from GOAir airlines even airlines assured me and confirmed they cancelled my tickets and they have transferred amount in the account of travel agency from where I have booked my tickets .
But Happy easy go not helping me and not returning my amount which actually refunded from the airlines.
Also I have told them that airlines themselves cancelled but they are not considering that also they just only said that please mail us on cs@happeasygo.com
Now my question is why HappyEasy go are not refunding my money even they are again again cancelling my complaints regarding refunding amount transferred by GoAir airlines.
And in the reply they are continuously saying that your money is in the credit shell talk to airlines.
But now if airlines already confirmed that they have cancelled and transferred amount towards the travel agency that I have booked.
But I don't understand why HappyEasy go travel agency denying
I am also sharing photos which actually showing my concern.
I hope you will definitely solve my issue and take serious action towards this problem
