I urgently needed flat for rent.So i purchased Relax plan of no abroker app of cost rs. ****.**.I specified all my requirements .Still they sent me list of flats which were not matching my requirements .It was just a formality from their side.Then i again specified my requirement .i waited for ** days .they didn't replied.When i asked for refund they said its a non refundable plan we can modify your plan to freedom plan of cost ****.No where mentioned in their plan that this is an non refundable plan.i told them ok u cut **** amount and refund rest but they refused and said y le lo varna y b nhi milega
