His name is vinod from hathway internet provider.we took a connection before ** days a plan of * months(cost is ****) ,* days before due to heavy rains the router and adapter had got a issue ,i am calling him but not lifting he doesn't given a account number also to contact customer care, I am from b.n.reddy nagar near delta hospital lane,hyderabad
