Hewett packerd - Not Replacing the product under warranty Period

This email is regarding the purchase of HP monitor dated **-**-****. This monitor has shown the small patch which gradually became very large with vertical & horizontal lines display on **th August **** at the start of the monitor . I shared the detail with HP support on whatsapp as it's an easy way of communication where I can share the image of my monitor. After seeing the image they said it's a physical damage and denied any kind of replacement . All the images shared by me for the monitor wasn't having any physical damage . They had shared me the link of their website which says that screen damage doesn't comes under warranty of * years and in fact they said that they have the warranty of only * year .They asked me to visit the Authorized Service center and I visited the same and they said that this can't be repaired. After having the multiple follow up with the HP team on whatsapp they manage to register the CASE ID through email. In the email, instead of replacing the monitor they gave me the deal of **% discount on next purchase which was disgruntling to me. My concern is that this monitor is still under warranty period however HP is not ready to replace the monitor. They are continuously claiming it to be under physical damage. I have shared the snaps with you all and shared the same with HP support which doesn't show any scratch on the monitor. The Authorised center also couldn't find any scratch. I would be thankful to you all if you will manage the HP to replace the monitor under normal warranty of * years(As per Amazon Site). They are not saying any terms & condition on Amazon website.It seems they have sold me the defective product which stopped working after * months.
