I have purchased the HP ENVY Laptop (*CD***HJ*Q) on *th March ****. After * months of use, the laptop Webcam stopped working when a HP technician visited my place and after * failed attempts where he tried replacing the webcam and camera cable wire multiple times he was unable to fix the issue. In addition, in the last visit at the end of technician's attempt he said now the display had also stopped working and requested the HP support team for a new display as well. Later I found out that he had broken the display in his last attempt. Now it's been around ** days and I am not able to use my laptop. This is a business laptop and I am running a new small company and have been unable to work causing delay in the work and possible losses. The customer service team has not been responding with a useful response as I have requested a new laptop as in the current condition the laptop is non-workable which is primarily due to the technician fault. Request you to please assist me with the same.

The laptop is under an extended warranty of * years (till ****) which I have purchased from HP by paying a premium charge.
