Flipkart - Not Replacing the damaged and wrong product delivered

I have ordered an AC from Flipkart. the delivery guy came and marked the AC as delivered without asking me and then handed the AC to us. After seeing the AC in such a bad condition I have asked the delivery gut to take the AC back but he refused and went back. i have recorded the complete video of the incident. Now i am struggling in ** degrees in Gurgaon without AC and it been ** days the AC has not been return. the Only thing i got it is promises and further dates. Please help me to resolve my issue with Flipkart.
