Reliance Digital - Not replacing damage product

I purchased hot water kettle on sept ****, & yesterday the handle of it came out, without me falling that product how did that happen!! & When I showed it to reliance service team they giving me reasons like ma'am it's physically damage we only replace internal damage blah blah blah... And the time when I wasn't ready to buy their product because of lil higher priced, I said I'm getting this same thing in lower price why should I buy from you! They said ma'am we offer you warranty of *yr, we will replace it even if it's damaged in **th month & never mentioned of physical or internal damage & now am helpless nobody is bothering to replace or repair it! What am I suppose to do now.
