Submitted Mobile to the service center on **-**-**** at ongole. After that I received a Gmail from gowri.sp@partner.samsung.com(customer experience-manager Samsung Electronics on **-**-**** mentioning as *****/- total cost of Rs *****/- .On the same day I Sent them Reply mail stating that **% payment by Company and **% by the consumer. But I didn't receive any Mail or Information about Repair ,So Later on ie.,**-**-**** sent another mail to give response to my Reply mail. And I am continuously calling the customer care but they are wasting my time instead of Solving. After many calls only I got a call from Samsung Service Head Office ,he told that it is not possible to do at **-** % and they will repair for **-** bearing .Even though I am Sufferer I agreed to **-** purchase. I went to Service center to inform them to start the Repair process but they told that the company has to send mail to them to start the process. Froma the day i called Customer care many times but they are not at all responding. Nearly * Month have been passed but still there is no action. They are wantedly tying to create mental agonies .Hence I humbly pray you to take appropriate action on the Company and Do Solve my Problem as Early as possible.
