On *st October ****, whilre paying for dmart, due to network issues my money was in processing state. So my friend paid. After some time like *-* hour, it got paid to dmart.
So I requested for a refund, and the dmart customer support team registered my name with UTR no. And informes within *-* business day it will be refunded. Its been **th October and the money has not been refunded yet, so when continuously following up with the customer support, they are giving lame excuses like you check bank statements, we will check with account manager and other things.
